KOKORO: On your website, you’ve stated that communication is the key to your business success-what tools does Sonics use to communicate with your customers & employees in a way that differentiates you?
We involve the client in each step of the project from sales meeting through the design and finally implementation. Within the sales process we create Full M&E drawings for the general contractor to follow and we follow up with pre and post M&E site visits to ensure everything has been carried out correctly and ready for the installation work to begin. Our employees and kept informed of the company's ethos and are encouraged to be proactive In making any suggestions that would Improve of customer experience and their job satisfaction
KOKORO: Why do you believe that businesses should be aiming to be more sustainable?
We all have our part to participate in making our workplace more sustainable by recycling measures and selecting as much eco friendly products as possible and make every efforts to collaborate with like minded enthusiasts who in the long run will make the planet more friendly for our children's children and beyond.
KOKORO: What should all businesses be doing this year to improve their communication? What if anything, is stopping them?
Each business should take a step back from the normal process in place and see what they can do the can "Make the Difference" which has been my motto since starting Sonics AVI
KOKORO: What value would you say branded gifts offer to customers & employees?
It’s highly valuable to offer branded gifts, especially practical ones that promote a sustainable product that features a strong collaboration between the partners and employees involved.
KOKORO: What attracted you to Bamboo as a sustainable solution
The texture quality was the most surprising attribute, followed by all other advantages that this sustainable product offered was quite staggering.
